Refund Policy

We hope the products always work as expected, but in a very small percentage of cases there is a problem. We're really sorry when this happens, but sometimes items direct from the manufacturer may not work as expected. There is nothing you or My Store could have done to prevent this from happening.

If there is a manufacturer's warranty, the warranty terms, including contact information, are usually listed on the packaging. If you cannot find them, or if the warranty is not provided by the manufacturer but by My Store, please contact My Store.

My Store, not the manufacturer, will be happy to provide you with the necessary information.

Returns are permitted if My Store receives your request within 30 calendar days of delivery. All returns must be received in full (original packaging and contents) by My Store within 14 calendar days of approval of the return. My Store will cover the return costs of damaged or defective products.


To request warranty information or a return for a defective item, please contact us with a description of the damage/defect and include photos of the product to expedite the returns process.

Refunds for defective or damaged products will be issued once the item has been received by My Store. Refunds for defective or damaged products will be issued for Diamond and Blue Diamond members once the customer has contacted our support team to inform us that the package has been shipped and the returned item has been scanned for return to My Store. If the product is not defective after inspection, the cost of the tag will be deducted from the refundable amount as well as a 15% restocking fee.


CHANGE OF NOTICE / NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
Generally, we have a 30 day return policy, but some items cannot be returned due to their nature. This is stated on the product page. Please do not open the product if you do not intend to keep the purchased item. All returns must be complete (with all original packaging and contents) and in working condition. They must be received by My Store within 14 calendar days of approval of the return; prior approval is required within 30 days of delivery.

In the case of a change of mind return, the shipping cost of the original order will not be credited and the cost of returning the item will not be covered.

Refunds will be issued for returns due to change of mind once the item has been received by My Store. Depending on the condition of the returned item, a partial refund may be given. Change of mind refunds to our members will be issued once the customer has contacted our support team to inform us that the package has been shipped and the returned item has been scanned for return to My Store.

You can now use our easy online returns form to return items by mail via UPS:

START RETURNS
Log in to the online returns form with your order number and billing code.
Select the items you want to return and tell us why you want to return them.
Print a shipping label (you pay for the return).
Pack your items.
Drop them off at a UPS center.
